Everybody starts with 1 or 2 cigarettes per day. So did I.
And then I even reached 50-60 cigs per day.

Problem with smoking is that it's an addiction and it only increases.
So, if you don't smoke, don't start smoking.
If you smoke 1/2 cigs per day then quickly quit smoking before it increases.
