Per hanafi school of thought this is so sensitive that if a husband and wife claim that the child is there even though it's not physically possible (like husband was out of the country) it will be still considered there and the said accuser will be prosecuted for bhootan and will be receive lashes

Nothing against Imran Khan but I think he did a massive blunder by marrying her, then divorcing her. Why would she praise Imran Khan when she claims that there was no argument between her and IK and by the first anniversary, he decided to give a divorce to her as a anniversary gift.

Khan is not perfect, he has done many blunders but divorcing Reham was a blunder. Then he married a women who had not completed her iddat, such a poor knowledge about Islam? Then he decided to marry her again if the first wedding casted a doubt about the legality.

Nobody is perfect but Khan sahab has a long list of blunders too.

now you are claiming otherwise and essentially are putting a bhootan on a a women whose punishment is same as zina i.e 100 lashes

doing a nikah again portion, I am not familiar this has happened but let's assume(based upon what you are saying) they did nikkah again there are 100 reasons that can happen.

In Islamic judgement the case is very simple the whole truth depends upon the husband who gave the talaq and wife who received it, just like in children maternity or paternity, these are the only two people who can make this call no one else.
So unless the husband software is updated in prison and he goes renegade you need to be ready to face judgement..just don't say then that you didn't know

Why did they redo their Nikah?? It is their acceptance of guilt that they administer their Nikah again. The witnesses, the Mufti all are testifying, that Bushra Bibi was lying. What if in next press conference the ex-husband states the same??
