The more than equal part applies to your judgement in the hereafter, the social division between values in society..and so on.
It is not more than equal per se as it is different.

Yet, it is incorrect to say that his forgiveness has more importance than say that of the thousands rotting away on blasphemy charges. If they too make public apologies, they should also be given the same forgivness by the state and the peoples.
