JUDICIARY STRIKES BACK: Target Pakistan

Yeah. Well. Maybe. I, however, would err on the side of caution and have him and his ilk shot anyhow. It's way better to be safe than to be sorry. o_O

Did you know, just until few days ago before the attack, Zarvi's profile image was of Daesh!

so there is some smidgen of humanity left

Not very surprising. Yes it is better to err on the side of caution. After all the temptation to let the inner beardo out can always overpower his ilk at the best of times. Hopefully Zarb e Azab will yield the required results. Dunno when the cities will cleaned up though. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the handlers are guests at the houses of JUI and JUD leaders.

Well, cities are the main issue anyhow. Zarb-e-Azb is nothing if the cities aren't handled concurrently. Otherwise, the only thing that will happen is that these zealots will simply move to their winter retreats, i.e. cities.

Let's see how much of all this is just talk or the Armed Forces really do have the balls to fight in an urban setting.

You could always just let the agency whack them. Surely these "safehouses" are bugged given the said agency's proclivity towards political interventionism (which requires political intel, ergo the bugging of houses belonging to political leaders).

I stopped reading it after that.......... knock knock, where have you been for thirty years? :o:

You seem pretty upset. Some beloved member on death row under terrorism act? :o:

Well the thing i always made the excuse that we didnt have a free judiciary by then due to lack of democracy and all. This free judiciary concept took flight big time during musharraf era under iftikhar chaudhry however when it took flight i told myself that now we will see where this institution in its freedom will head however sadly just as i feared it became power hungry and more corrupt. It started to shift its focus from giving justice to the people of pakistan to becoming the head of the state as we saw in the judiciary clash between the supreme court and the parliament. It became soo arrogant in its respect that it started to even mess with the army who didnt strike back. The result is that we saw judiciary becoming slowly a rogue section however in the last year or soo, their influence in state matters has again diminished and this is a simple matter of flexing muscles to show that they are here too. no body is more pissed about the military courts then these guys.

It would be a dream pakistan if all institutions just worked for the betterment of the people. At this point my personal view only the army is looking like they give a damn about the people.
