Chinese military delegation to pay visit to Turkey
A People's Liberation Army of China delegation left Beijing on Friday morning for an official goodwill visit to Turkey, China's official Xinhua news agency reported.
The delegation, headed by Zhang Li, deputy chief of general staff of the People's Liberation Army, will also visit Israel, the agency said, and added that the visits come at the invitation of the armed forces of Turkey and Israel. There was no statement from the Turkish military over the visit. Turkey and China have been jointly developing rockets as part of increased cooperation in the military field. Turkey displayed a rocket during the Aug. 30 Victory Day parade held in Ankara this year and said it had been developed together with China.
Western military sources, speaking to Today's Zaman at the Victory Day parade, stated that the rocket, mounted on a truck, was displayed for the first time at the Victory Day parade together with the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) developed by Tusaş Aerospace Industries (TAI). The TAI-developed UAV, named Witness, or Gözcü in Turkish, has a range of 50 kilometers.
The same sources, however, were not able to confirm whether this was the rocket developed jointly with China.
Turkey has long been cooperating with China over the development of an unspecified number of rockets with a range of 150 kilometers. The rockets were reportedly first tested late in 2001 in Turkey's Şile resort town near İstanbul.

Turkey can't do any hi-tech joint military project with china as it will pissed off Uncle Sam as well as EU. and it may result in cancellation of its mighty F-35 programme.

Description
A new SRBM development project was reported in Turkey in February 2002, called Project J. The solid propellant missile is believed to be based upon the Chinese WS-1A unguided rocket system or the WS-2 guided version, and a similar missile was displayed in China in 2004 with the designator B611. Five WS-1 rocket batteries were reported to have been ordered by Turkey in 1997, but it is possible that the T-300 multiple launch rocket system was developed and built in Turkey under licence. The T-300 system uses the MAN 26.372 tactical military truck as the launch vehicle, with four T-300 rockets mounted in canisters. It was reported that Turkey used WS-1 or -2 rockets in operations during December 2007. Project J is possibly known as Toros in Turkey, and is similar to the Chinese B611 SRBM. The launch vehicles carry one missile, and this is reported to have a range of 150 km, and to have added an inertial guidance package with GPS updates and control fins to the rocket design. A second version with a passive radar seeker has also been reported. The missile is believed to be 6.0 m long, to have a diameter of 0.4 m, and a launch weight of 1,200 kg. 1st, none of you guys even know about the mil-R&D projects that are on going.
2nd, some of you refuse to believe what I posted.
3rd. My statement is based on internal Chinese eval of the situation. B-611 is not just your everyday rockets, FYI. a tech that they can't get from another NATO nations.
Here is a photo of a group of full time Turkish engineers working in China, how many Pakistan engineers working full time in China since 1996?

Sure we will unless of course other then your personal opinion, you prove us otherwise. By the way Pakistani engineers and pilots have been working closely in China during the development of the JF-17. Get your facts straight before arguing.
Why do i smell Indian BS?
Looks up the tech require to build a SRBM with course corrections. This will be my last post on this topic since you guys are not interested in facts. I have posted articles from respected sources such as Janes and photos to back up my claim.

Pakistani engineers have gone to Chendgu since the 1980s for many key projects in relation to the Air Force - such as Project Zodiac, Project Crystal and of course your JF-17. In fact, I know for certain that R&D specialists from Pakistan have been in China since at least 1989.
I honestly don't know how one can deduce a terribly close relationship based on artillery rockets.
