Joe Biden offers full-throated support to India against China, Pakistan

that is ok , but she is not against kndia .
Nor is biden against Pakistan the potus and vp of USA will look for interests of USA and as trump found out after all his prior anti Pak rhetoric that it's in USA interest to keep good relationships with Pakistan

I actually had to search the meaning ridda, I am not certain if I belong in that category or not, as I am not an observant Muslim, but being a Muslim is very much a part of who I am. I have some conclusions or views that I think we as Muslims need to entertain. Especially living in the western countries and due to the requirements of the modern age.

You are still a Muslim according to the definition which you gave.

Murtad are open apostates, usually they become outright enemies of Islam and Muslims. They have some organizations based on their identity as Ex Muslims.

I see what you mean, and yes I have heard a few of those blowing hot air,
Total nutcases.

Biden trying to lure Indian Voters, doesn't look like he will be much successful,he was obama's VP the same guy who loved giving pocket money to Pakistan.

As much as I dislike Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, I doubt this deal will impact the election in any way. American voters typically don't care about foreign policy (unless there is a major war), especially in light of the many domestic issues Trump is facing.

You seem to be forgetting the Evangelicals. They may not care about foreign policy they care about Israel.

Not really. Everyone knows that WHOEVER is in power in america, they will always staunchly and obsessively be pro-Israel and pro-Zionist. Makes no difference whoever the president is. Only Nixon and Kennedy were not staunch Zionists and we all know what happened to them both.

No one has gone as far as to move US embassy to Jerusalem and no one has been able to create a deal half as good as the one between UAE-Israel. That's the difference between Biden and Trump.

We have the skill to turn India in to soviet union 2.0, we just need money from a superpower. Before we did not have this to use against India. Now we have China. We just need some cash and we can destroy any country in the world (including ourselves because of our sellouts)

haha

The Anglo-Saxon Protestant Christian/military industrial elite of america make these vital decisions. Trump, Obama etc are mere figure heads for them. Nothing more.

Getting Indian diaspora support at the cost of all others.

Trump has it in the bag. Even last time in 2016, everyone thought Hillary would prevail over Trump, right till the day of counting.

Biden is not as effective as Hillary. And Kamala Harris did not even make 4th place in the Primaries, she's just a loudmouthed person.

Frankly no White American I know of will vote for her. Some White women of liberal/feminist mindset might, but then they ditched Hillary Clinton last time.

Winning New York, New Jersey and California is not enough to become US President.

Biden has created quite a few issues for the Democrat ticket:

1. The progressive wing of the Democrat party was not happy about Sanders losing, and to some degree they have a point about the coverage Sanders received relative to Biden and other candidates. The Vice President pick was supposed to help smooth things over by picking someone more progressive than Biden, which Kamal Harris is not, and that is not going to motivate the progressive/left wing of the party to come out and vote. It remains to be seen if opposition to Trump will overcome the ambivalence towards the Biden-Harris ticket

2. Kamala Harris is on the wrong side when you look at BLM and the protests against police brutality, demands for prison reform etc. Her past record is definitely not going to motivate democrats with strong views on BLM and police reform.

3. Independents - they may not be as enthusiastic about Biden's proposal to reopen the flood gates of the H1B visa, which Indian companies have been accused of abusing in the past and has been blamed for higher paid qualified US citizens being replaced by significantly lower paid Indian workers under the H1B program.

Taken with the impact of COVID-19 on election turnout and continued strong support for Trump from his base, these factors could very well result in Trump winning again.

I feel Biden has really lost the plot if he's counting on the support of Indian-Americans to upstage Trump. Elizabeth Warren would have made a more effective running mate, but even then the Biden/Warren combination would not have been enough to defeat Trump.

With Kamala Harris as running mate, Biden has nearly handed it to Trump on a platter. One may wonder if he isn't doing it on purpose (he's quite chummy with Trump's business interests). His son, Hunter Biden joined the board of directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company. Trump rarely attacks him apart from calling him "Slow Joe": he's more vicious towards Kamala Harris. His rabid base of White nationalists will get energized very soon. No way in hell would they have a half-Indian woman become the President of their country. As much as they love Indians in America, that would be an absolute outrage.

Biden knows his limits: he's 77, and suffers from a memory loss.

For some reason, my instincts have never been wrong in predicting US election outcomes right since 2004. :woot: No one will buy this but I remember my Indian-American friends backing John Kerry (who was well-liked by Indian-Americans) against a George W. Bush second term, and I proved them wrong! In 2008, it was Obama (but of course, I don't deserve for credit for that).

In 2016, I was the only one among all the people I knew that sided with Donald Trump.

I do believe he will win again this time! Somehow I always found the US elections very interesting. But I base my prediction this time on raw data. Harris is not a finisher. There are large swathes of Americans who are not attracted to her in any manner.

It's not looking good at the moment for the Democrats.

As a progressive, I feel like the Biden-Harris ticket has to lose in order for the Democrat party to see any kind of internal shift towards more progressive values. They are more of a Centrist party currently.

I don't care for Trump, but perhaps the best thing, long term, for Democrats would be to have Biden-Harris lose while somehow getting control of the Senate to prevent any more right-wing SCOTUS nominees and keep the SC balanced, especially given Ginsberg's health.

I would love the Democrats to have progressive and charming leaders like Bill Clinton or Obama once again. Biden/Harris are dwarves in comparison.

Whatever the flaws of Clinton/Obama with respect to India or Pakistan, they were world leaders and statesmen in the truest sense. That kind of internal introspection will only happen once the "swamp" leaders like Joe Biden, or the inconsequential lightweights like Kamala are shown the door. Even Bernie was a poor performer. The kind of values they stand for will not appeal to the right kind of progressives. They have a lot of deficiencies in their packaging.

In the same way, in India, Congress party has lost the plot completely. That is why Modi is winning each and every election.

You can only counter heavyweights like Trump or Modi with heavyweights in their respective countries.

the way trump has handled corona and the way he treats the media people who ask tough questions from him during press conferences he may not get elected next time but he has taken two major steps for israel and the strong jewish lobby would want him for next 4 years as well.
it seems you are right.
