If you are Incapable, you are not worthy of any Job & if you are Capable Sky is the limit for you - IRRESPECTIVE OF YOUR CAST CREADE OR RELIGION.
So basically what you are saying is that India only has jobs for worthy capable people and neither of these two categories are Muslim. Muslims should get jobs in GCC because incapable people can easily find jobs in Saudia.
