The fact is that all 3 Armed Forces of Pakistan had come down so hard upon any elements that might have any link with terrorist entities. This all had started long ago since Musharraf Era and stern action had been taken against culprits. But point to ponder is that what about Armed Forces of other countries where even known elements having links with extremist organisation are being protected and no action of any sort is being taken them. Naval dockyard episode was a very very dangerous plan , had they succeeded, there would have be irreparable damage to PN.

They couldn't have, 5 men are not enough to operate a Warship. Besides, they didn't have the authorization, they couldn't make it out of the Naval Dock Yard.

The IAF would have already launched interceptors as soon as the F16 starts getting close to the border. Also, on routine missions Combat Aircraft's don't usually fly full weapons hot.
