Jibran Nasir criticizing N-League and PTI for not protesting against the banned outfits

Army does not consist of angels that criticising it becomes a sin.

And here question is not even Jibran Nasir, but question is: "Why Army let the banned outfits to take part in the Elections when it endangers Pakistan to land in the black list?"

If you believe that Army is angel, then would you mind please to answer this question on the behalf of the angels?

Criticisng any flaw of any institution isn't a bad thing but if u give it high inflation and do it officially then it becomes disastrous espacially when third parties who are always seeking an oppurtunity to criticise the institution and manipulate the world to endorse their stance. So criticism should always be done in a constructive and objective way. Secondly, army does not have any authority of banning any wing or party from contesting elections. It is ECP who has got authority of doing so but on the basis of evidence obvi. If they have done any such thing (espacially against the constitution or integrity of pakistan) which makes them ineligible for contesting elections then evidence should be given to ECP who can then ban them from cintesting elections.

Agencies have the right to arrest and detain for 90 days, but first they have to accept that they have arrested, and secondly, they have to present the arrested person to the court.

Otherwise tell us which unconstitutional demand has been done by Jibran Nasir that you are accusing him of being anti Pakistan?

What has Jibran Nasir did wrong?

He only asked Imran Khan why his party members are meeting to these banned outfits?

He only asked Nawaz Sharif why our ex Prime Minister is meeting with Sipah Sahaba?

He only asked Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif why none of them is protesting against the participation of banned outfits in the elections?

Instead of joining Jibran Nasir in this question, you are now pleading Imran Khan by telling us that Election Commission has no proofs against them and they are innocent angels and thus Imran Khan is right and Jibran Nasir is wrong to ask this question.

I was just saying by the way that criticism on any of our institution or any conflict should be constructive. Secondly, the case of missing person in balochistan is a sensitive issue that's why i don't comment on it most of the times. Nd yeah there is not any legal provision or even a precendent or an example where we see army banning any person from contesting elections. If any militant or extremist wing has a terrorising record or past then application should be filed against them with any evidence even statements given publicly evidencing their nature against the law of pakistan and then they should be declared incompetent for contesting elections. If this process is done through proper mechanism then what's the problem. BTW Jibby bro is an advocate himself so he should know all the legal implications himself.

It is not the responsibility of Jibran Nasir, but it is the duty of the State.
And State already banned them and didn't let them take part in the earlier elections.
But this time State is making them free.

And people like Imran Khan or Nawaz Sharif are at fault too.

Instead of protesting against the banned outfits, their party members are meeting with them and seeking their blessings.

If Imran and Nawaz are not culprits here then what else are they?
