JH-7A's WS-9 Qinling engine

This July 14th PLA Daily article confirms that the WS-9 Qinling engine reached 100% indigenization from the original R&R Spey MK202s by Spring of 2009. This marks one of the few bright spots in otherwise troubled PRC aviation sector.

This means the WS-10A isn't "100% indigenized," then...

This thread is about WS-9, a licensed copy of the Rolls-Royce Spey Mk202.

Why do you mention WS-10A (which is based on WS-6) and how do you come to the conclusion that it's not indigenous/indigenized?

WS-10A and WS-9 are two completely different engines, just because 10 and 9 are numbers next to each other, doesn't mean WS-10A will replace WS-9 on JH-7A - the size doesn't fit. LOL

This missile looks to have a ramjet.

Does someone know something about it?

By the way, what are those two big missiles above it?
