Pakistan May Develop JF-18 Stealth Fighter with China .

Pakistani engineers and scientists are thinking about to redesign JF17 Thunder jet fighter as stealth jet fighter. Minor and Major changes in this version of jet fighter may help to make it stealthy. As Stealth technology is becoming more important day by day and after a decade the it will be essential for Pakistan to have stealthy versions of jet fighters to fight with the India. May be Pakistan will design a new version of aircraft as named JF 18 jet fighters. But no official statement of the government has announced. But may be Pakistan has already started the project in China.

JF-17 cannot be a stealth aircraft totally due to airframe but some of components like radars and avionics can be made stealth. And their is no project as JF-18. We may buy J-31 when it will start mass production.

We will never see a stealth version of JF-17 its airframe is not designed to be of a stealth jet JF-17 was meant to be a modern replacement for our old jets it was never meant to be our top dog
J-31 will be a stealth jet that PAF may operate in the future

ok thats a photoshop and an old pic.. but J31 wud b twin engine stealth fighter, along side with it dont we need a single engine also,. as most Air forces go with a twin and a single engine jets and when we'll enter the stealth age, we might need a single engine alongside with twin engine. PAF can't afford all twin engine jets, can they ?

There is too much smoke about JF-17 stealth version thus suggesting after there is some fire which is causing this much smoke. I think PAF is working on some stealth version of JF-17 but right now I am waiting to see BLOCK III prototype as soon as possible

Wasnt Q5 a twin jet engine paf has operated that but you are right operational costs and overall induction cost of J31 will be huge


Chirya says for some new new jet or increasing production of jf-17 a new facility similar to kamra is being considered lets see where it goes

Technically J10 b can easily be the replacement for our single jet problem but hamain ayf soola chahiye

Stealth is myth with little reality and bro other mighty nation's forces milk their Govts for funds but we can't afford so be go for cheapest but logical option always like Nasr and Ababeel 1.

I also didn't believed in this Stealth version first but they rumors are increasing and they are increasing further on Chinese defence forums so something is going on.

I have been proven right several times. I told people about Pakistan working on nuclear plants for nuclear submarines everybody made fun of me but it was confirmed later by OSCAR so I have been proven right on many times. But on JF-17 I don't have a source buy my guess suggests we are working something specially as rumors are increasing on chinese defence forums and China many times uses these forums to spread news.
