In America, the same distinction applies between
the President who's top executive even more than
in France and the House of Representatives Speaker
as leader of the legislature.

I agree with you to an extent. However....our votes do not count. Firstly I have never voted in a Pakistani general election. 2ndly the elections are 100 percent rigged. No doubt in my mind. It's not possible for the same faces to keep reappearing

extremist mentality. all or none principle for sake of argument.
i have met people from china, uruguay, russia, jordan, germany, ukraine etc and none of them take any shame if they are unable to speak fluent english but we pakistanis and indians are obsessed with english. our people make fun of our cricketers when they dont speak good english. i am sure none of the psedo angraiz in our country can tear apart the indian battling line up the way m amir did in CT final. this is obsession and slave mentality. it is a general tendency in subcontinent that if you want to impress someone with your status then speak in english. we go for presentation and get impressed with make up . thats our emptiness and shallowness.

Yar actually the reason i mentioned him as a Dahi Bhala wala is not because if a poor man rises to such height, in fact i will be glad however i did so for an entire different reasons. You see unlike Sweden first of all he is no King, even queen Elisbeth does not do anything yet she enjoys all the perks of a royal lineage however in our case he is not a king but an official who is not performing his duty. Being a president he needs to deliver and not just follow the party line blindly. Heck even Ghulam Ishaq Khan and Laghari after a certain time refused to follow party line and dismissed government. If he cannot do that because of whatever limitations he has on him, than he should had simply quit but no he is enjoying perks and salaries of being a president however delivers absolutely nothing. Hence my grievance with him and my reference to him as Dahi Bhala wala.
