Because Block3 is heavier than the Block2 while they have a same engine.

Block 3 has FBW on all axis's. It should be same or more agile. a few kilos weight difference in an unloaded aircraft wont make any difference in flight performance.

Why isn't block 3 performing air display? Why is it block 2?

And apparently JF17 withdrew from the following airshows where Tejas was present:
Bahrain Air Show in 2016
Malaysia’s Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) in 2019
Dubai Air Show 2021

Because block 3 is totally new jet in terms of avionics/EW can rely onto it and Block 2 is mature platform and doing this for years

I already told you that as compared to Dubai/Paris and Fran brought air shows these are small airshows
