Because the PAC folks are morons at marketing. This has been well established over the years. Dont even see REK or other other local cruise missiles.

An aircraft is always a singular unit----so even if the sqdrn maybe Black Panthers sqdrn---the aircraft in itself stays Black Panther----.

Now as for marketing---the bLK3 only needs to be marketed to those countries that are interested in it.

There is no reason to show off and strutt around---. It is an extremely extremely capable aircraft---.

Sometime you not only need to cater to customers but also upper management who are inspired by others/competitors or Maybe someone is trying to build noise level in creating an image. Better Marketing People might do the magic we are looking for JF17.
