Yup the order is for F 404 as the F 414 is still in the form of planning as India tries to make their industry involve in making the engine (their hope and proposal).

Same like Turkish always said F 110 engine is made in Turkey. It is just assembled in Turkey and few components (non critical ones) comes from Turkey industry, It is why Turkey is still having difficulties even to make engine for their cruise missile (which is still using Ukrainan engine)

Is everything 100% indigenous as you expect? Or does the nation you mentioned have the capability to make Jet engine components, we atleast have experience in making small engines, Kaveri had issues in Afterburner, but was fine normal throttle.

The ones made here may not be indigenous but will have Indian content as well.

Looks like a local assembley deal - still nice if you can get it - but not quite a full raw materials to engine type of TOT.

India apparently had materials to engines "TOT" for the engines for the Su30MKI but that did not translate into knowing how to design and build an engine - only manufacture someone else's design. Given the Su30MKI engines have design flaws ( fixed in the AL-41 series), it is not like they are going to build a new plane using those engines(assuming of course their license agreement allows for that ... ).

If China's fighter sales are affected by diplomatic relations, why are China's other arms sales not affected by diplomatic relations?
China is the 3rd largest arms exporter in the world. Does this mean that China is the 3rd most popular country?
