If India had not interfered in B'desh, then once Pakistan would have thought to leave this Kashmir issue and make bilateral relation more fruitful and cordial wit India. If J and K was not considered disputed, there would be no need to specify this in Simla Agreement.

You need to do your homework. IF Jammu and Kashmir is not considered disputed then there is no reason for India also to claim Azad Kashmir, which is administered by Pakistan , or you call it under our occupation, hence you did not convert LOC into IB, which means disputed.

All Indians require passport to come to Pak and china. No exceptions...You can check with Pakistan high commission in India.
