The students move came in a protest against the Indian brutalities on Muslims and Dalits.
NEW DELHI (Dunya News) – Students of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Indian city of New Delhi burnt the effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The students move came in a protest against the Indian brutalities on Muslims and Dalits in the supervision of Modi.

“We celebrated the victory of truth over falsehood in a modern and democratic country by burning effigies. For us Modi and RSS are symbol of untruth,” said Sunny Diman, an NSUI member as reported by Hindustan Times.

National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) at the university declared Modi and BJP leaders Ravana – known as the demon king.

The students pronounced that not Muslims but extremists pose a threat to India.

JNU’s administration has initiated investigation against the incident.

Tell me when some major country puts a bounty on Modi head like they did for Hafiz Saeed....or someone does a covert SEAL mission to take out Modi, or do drone attacks to take him out. That is how people treat terrorists.

I still remember the predictions right here in this forum that a riot of gujarat level will be happening every day in India after Modi takes power.

Every day he is in power securely, saying a big F U to all haters (who are generally India haters of some degree)...answering them squarely with economic growth and development makes me very happy. Why should I not be? Handshaking is just a tiny fraction of what he does and will continue to do.

Zakir Naik as terrorist/hate-speecher or not will be decided by the courts, once he is man enough to return and face them...Modi never left India to escape facing the supreme court in comparison.

You have not seen the swach bharat program? In one year sanitation access increased from 50% to 62%. Compare this to the 1% rises in previous years.

Now you can go ask yourself why twice the number of babies die in Pakistan than India per capita in their first year.

Afghanistan has actually surpassed you in neo-natal mortality, it wont be too far when they pass you in other indices too. Thats how Pakistan development is stagnating. I wont even bring up the declining literacy that is happening in Pakistan now in the last study by PBS and UNESCO.

Why is hunger staying at where it was 8 years ago in Pakistan?...whereas the rest of the region (Ind, BD, Burma, Nepal) are making great strides in reducing it?

Don't bring up socioeconomics and Modi when you are from Pakistan. You will get burned quite badly. He has also only been around a couple years, let us judge his effort after the first term is over.

Now you can bring up the whole hindutva thing and so called hindu terrorist leader since this is what the thread is about. It makes sense to see who hates Modi actually to that level....communists, anti-nationals and Pakistanis.
