russians have good electronic warfare capabilities and ca hack any jet as u.s reported they did in Syria with u.s airplanes so there is a chance of this.One possibility may be that pilot of jet hijacked it to russia or china if wreckage of jet is not found and they will copy this u.s jet by reverse engineering

It went missing over 130km east of Misawa.

Slightly south east of Aomori puts it no where near China, people. It just crashed during training ops.
