Japanese PM to visit China from Oct 25 to 27

At the invitation of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will pay state visit to China from October 25 to October 27, Lu Kang, Foreign Minister spokersperson announced Friday in a news briefing.

I believe this visit will bring a new momentum to the CJK FTA talks.I do hope PM Abe will also have talk with President Xi.

I, too, think so. Initially, they say he was cold to the idea for a couple of years. But, recently, especially after the US government hubris in East Asia and toward its seasoned minions like Japan and South Korea, Japanese government's approach has changed and, somewhat warmed up.

South Korea is working hard behind the screen to further deepen the trilateral relation. It is the most active partner in CJKFTA talks.
