Japanese boat crashes into US Navy destroyer in Pacific Fleet’s 5th collision this year

I still remember you were so sure the previous accidents had nothing to do with the US Navy. Still remember you wrote essays on the professionalism of the US Navy and argue with a few members here:rofl::rofl::rofl:

It wasn't.

The report the US Navy made released on Nov 1 DID NOT CONSIDER THE ACTION OF THE OTHER PARTY. It was a "PERFORMANCE REPORT" for solely the US Navy personnel. We have the same in the Army, it was called "After Action Report" which basically outline how or what caused the issue (sailor being killed in this case) and would not assign blame on it.

As I said immediately after the crash, the Captains of the US Destroyer are at fault (It was the Captain command failure leading to sailor being killed), and quote my original word "HEAD WILL ROLL", that does not mean the US Destroyer caused the accident. That is an different issue.

If that report is to assign blame, then tell me why the conclusion is the same, when the circumstance are different, when one (Fitzgerald) does not have the right of way and the other (USS McCain) does? In term of blame, since two incident is polar opposite, they would have different consequence and cannot be the same because the circumstance are polar opposite.

The "INCIDENT REPORT" was due by US Coast Guard, that report, along with Japan Coast Guard, that one would assign blame. Also a private one for Insurance purpose, that one would assign blame on the incident.

@jhungary how do you explain this ? :pop:
Must be the Japanese fault. US professionalism cannot be question. They are the most invincible navy forces in the world, never flout a single rule. They have the right of any way, any other ships against their way will be ram or shot at. :enjoy:

Its was a sad report telling the world of real US navy pathetic professionalism as opposed of what you claimed, all report indicated all the accident is caused by US navy. The commander of US 7th fleet is even sacked, more or less tells you the rot inside USN. :enjoy:

If somebody still want to argue and defend the final conclusion. More or less tells the agenda of some.

Whatever floats your boat man.

I don't really care what you think, you can think the US Navy is a trample over, in fact, I want you and encourage you to think like that.

Damn this guy is even more delusional than the Indians.

Damn, you are more ESTUPIDO than I thought.

I am talking about WHO CAUSED THE INCIDENT. Not whether or not US navy officer is at fault. Both are different thing to begin with.

I CAN BE AT FAULT EVEN IF I DID NOT CAUSE THE INCIDENT. Case in point, 2012 Lamma island COllision in Hong Kong, Lamma IV collision with Sea Smooths at sea, BOTH CAPTAINS WAS CONVICTED of unsafe passage at sea and endangering life at sea, yet, it was Sea Smooth is the one which caused the collision.

You can be at fault even if you do not cause the accident, and in the Navy, the Navy Captain are RESPONSIBLE for all the sailor on his ship, whether or not he is caused the accident, he is at fault if someone died needlessly under his command, the captain was asleep at his quarter when the ship collided, so HE IS AT FAULT. Because either he did not give explicit instruction to OOD notify him when ship got close (Which is his fault) or he did gave the order but OOD ignored (which is again his fault)

Saying someone is at fault does not mean that party caused the accident. Maybe Law is too complication for you dumb-dumb to understand, I don't know.

ill-discipline, cowboy attitude, poor training and simply disregards to safety. All the 3 incident from ramming ship, drunk driving to drawing offensive sign clearly sum up the attitude of US military. Mind you, there are already countless cases of US ill discipline.

So, you are saying US Navy supporting ISIS is because and I quote "Ill Discipline, Cowboy Attitude, Poor Training and Simply disregards to Safety?"

lol.

And if the US Military is so "ill discipline and poorly train" then what do you call the Chinese military when they are afraid of the US Military?

LOL :o:

lol.. Another way of diverting the topic? After US miitary getting humiliated by all these ugly and stupid incidents. jhungary declared China is afraid of US military?

Declared of ADIZ in east sea and building of artificial islet in SCS sound contradicting to your theory? :enjoy:

Yeah, I can declare ADIZ, it mean nothing, in fact, Japan have declared ADIZ over East Sea over Senkaku, maybe you should play with the little guy first, recover Taiwan and Senkaku, then may be then, we can talk?

Otherwise, I advice your PLAAF to learn better English than "You Go Now" when your "So called" ADIZ was challenged by US Navy and Air Force.

Explain to me how can you be at fault if you didn't cause the accident?. Who caused the accident then, ooo I know BOTH ships caused the accident since it takes two to crash right? You are more idiotic than I reckon. Your BS skills are even better than our delusional neighbor. Remember our last encounter where I nailed you straight?

Btw, this is not ONE ACCIDENT, this is multiple accidents resulting in the sacking of alot of people.
