Karma will allow the disposed water swept to their west coast and Canada.

So Japan wants to release radioactive water into the seas off Japan. And who does Japan discuss with first? .... United States. A country halfway round the world across an ocean.

Japan did not even discus with regional countries which are the most affected.
Countries like South Korea, China, Russia, North Korea, Philippines.

In the history, Japan only behaved when you strong enough to beat them in a war. China and Korean know all about Japan. But Japan always made wrong strategic judgements, that why they always lost their war at the end.
