Japan to provide grant assistance of 21.36m dollars

Japan will provide grant assistance of 21.36 million dollars for installation of Weather Surveillance Radar in Multan and Human Resource Development Scholarship.

Two agreements to this effect were signed in Islamabad today (Friday).

Finance Minister Asad Umar and State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Kazuyuki Nakane witnessed the signing ceremony.

Asad Umar said the new government of Pakistan wishes to strengthen economic ties with Japan for utilising full bilateral business potential.

The Japanese Minister said that with the "NAYA PAKISTAN", there should also be “Naya Japan Pakistan” stressing on the need to further improve trade relations between the two countries.

In return Japan gave India 30-40 Billion dollar

How many accidents on roads due to this unsafe commute mechanism ?




Pakistanis have issue to pay $100 tax to Government of Pakistan but no issue to buy $1,000-$10,000 USD goods from Japan

When was the Last time Japanese Prime Minister visited Pakistan to thank Pakistani?



All of these would be obsolete if we fixed our Railway /Metro Infrastructure

All this should be gone replaced by Train /Metro bus

Japan does not wants Pakistan to Change our buying pattern they are completely fine with current situation

a) Will we get loan from International donars for Dam , not easily
b) Will we get Metro / Transport projects done with funding , no there will be obstacles

But if we want to buy more motor cycles and cars , they will easily make a facility for storage of cars/bikes for sale

I think we need to focus on our Transport segment (Metro / Train specially) in big cities like Karachi

Pakistan / China , metro Train in Lahore is a great example of what the priority should be or transport segment , if we can bring same system in Karachi we will earn millions of Dollars daily
