Ancient Iranians like Scythians had blonde hair and blue eyes as well.

Recent genetic tests proved that many ancient nomadic Iranians like Scythians were immigrants from East Europe, although linguistically they were closer to modern Iranian-speaking population, but genetically and phenotypically closer to East Europeans like Russians/Ukranians/Poles. The modern Tajiks are likely the direct descendants of Scythians, although many looks less blonder and blue eyed was the result of interracial marriage between Scythian horsemen and local Asiatic women. But some looks strikingly Russians!

Here is a girl from Kalashi tribe of Northern Pakistan, who might be a descendant of Scythian as well.

China does not have 'clean human rights record' as you put it just check Amnesty or UN human rights watch.

India has popular support in Africa and NAM as it speaks for the developing world on trade and climate change issues in the G20. Now UK, France, Russia and US have all backed India to be part of the SC they are all P5 members.
