Because she's a illegal immigrant rather than refugee. There's nothing we can do by law, that's the same with UK, US.
They are given food 3 times a day. Their children are being educated under the standard Turkish educational system known as 4+4+4 (Primary School+Middle School+High School). And each refugee family is given 780 TRY (= $390) per month. And there are more than a million refugees. They have full access to social buildings, medical assistance, education. Tons of other support.
In 2013, Japan's Nominal GDP shrank by around $1 trillion and this year it's shrinking further.
What's going on @Nihonjin1051?
I assume it's the UN and West pays the bills, and most of them will flee to EU/Australia eventually
Not exactly, to see a societyAs @kolinsky has already pointed out, Japan's GDP has been distorted by the yen devaluation (the USDJPY appreciated by about 25% in 2013). Here is Japan's GDP in JPY:
The most recent trough was Q3 of 2012, and Japan's economy has been growing in nominal terms since then (until the most recently quarter).
That is only one point, the cause is the population problem. As @kolinsky has already pointed out, Japan's GDP has been distorted by the yen devaluation (the USDJPY appreciated by about 25% in 2013). Here is Japan's GDP in JPY:

This the population of Japan in 2015:
and the population 10 years later 2025
Japanese are die out! 10 years later the work force is the people today between 10-55 years old. Obviously the work force of Japan is going down, therefore the whole Japanese economy in next 10 years will be negatively estimated.
There are two method to avoid this situation, more immigrations and more roborts. Japan has equiped many roborts, but the quantity is too many and at the same too little. That is a conflict, the roborts eats the Job market, the youth has no work except some ill paid job. The roborts makes money but for the old and educated people. The tread off is very hard to find, this problem should be solved by the education system...... You will find problem and problems, people cannot solve this problem, too complicated.
In the next decade jobs for youth will be the most serious problem. A jobless youth will choice postpone the child birth, then Japan has fewer children. Then the company will build more roborts, and more jobless youth. Japan is in this death spiral.
The best way is attracting more immigrations. However, Japan is not so friendly to foreigners. Abe Sensei should think the problem in the opposite direction. To be nice to his neigbhours.
In the future there are to many education resource in Japan, because they have fewer children. Japan should make use of it education resource to attract more immigrations. Giving up all conflicting islands is the best way to show sincerity.
Japanese please never think about war and the imperial pride again. For the population's sake, your war potential is zero. You are the one in a long run be *** kicked. The window time to jump out from the death spiral is about 5 years.
As a suggestion, ask Abe Sensei resign! He did very thing to eliminate the hope of Japanese future. He must hate Japan and himself, otherwise this Sensei is irrational.
it's dark times now.
but i want to be a half full kinda guy
the one thing that can save the Japan economy hell the world economy is the next frontier for humanity SPACE we gotta branch out into space and develop new economies.
I love how the Japanese propaganda has been spinning Abe Shinzo's money printing scam as some sort of miracle drug for Japan's lethargic economy. The Japanese are done because they are close minded, racist, and oppressive people (don't give me all that political speech. Does Japan tolerate any ethnicity other than Japanese? NO. The Japanese culture is a oppressive culture, causing the highest suicide rate in developed countries). The Japanese economy does not foster innovation or entrepreneurship. All Japanese corporations run like feudal hierarchies with absolute command. Abe Shinzo doesn't even have enough balls to talk about it, so how can he save the Japanese economy? Printing money will eventually drive up inflation, sure, but good luck addressing the symptom than the cause. It is like chemotherapy for cancer, which almost always leads to death.
Japan may be like the US politically, which is because the US beat the living crap out of Japan during the WWII, but China is a lot more like the US socially. China has historically been much more like a melting pot than Japan, and the country celebrates the spirit of entrepreneurship and youth achievement. Japan on the other hand encourages young people to die for their stupid causes called "honor".
The Japs just need to accept that they are screwed, and their leader Abe Shinzo is just a clueless knucklehead who dreams of its murderous military past.
They earned even more. Reparation is reparation, invest is invest. Invest is the money to earn more money, reparation is the money to say sorry. That is semantically totally different. The Japanese always play this word games. Japan never aid to China, all money is a loan, which must be returned. As a loan, there is also political agreement and the interest from 0.75%-2%. For China that is a low interest rate, for Japan that is usurious loan. The interest rate in Japan may 0.010% - 0.6%. Is that aid? I donot think so.Nothing indicates that China will be satisfied even if Japan takes the extreme measure of surrendering the islands in dispute. Japan has already provided billions of dollars of aid to China and invested hundreds of billions of dollars in the Chinese economy. More likely, China will pocket the concession and begin asking for more (i.e. the Ryukus).
China's demographic posture is not significantly better than Japan's, though, and if it cannot reverse its low fertility rate, it will follow close behind (of course, from a much larger population base).
To your other point about the Japanese economy, I agree completely. The next generation is in trouble, and that will compound the demographic problem.
