LOL. The actual news is that the Japanese government has prohibited themselves from doing air survey over the islands. So, although by English grammar it's flying over, technically it's not that far off to call it "flying to".

Come to think of it, when it comes to Diaoyu Islands it's always about games of words. The Japanese don't even admit there is a dispute. Well, they must have a complete different definition of the word "dispute" then ;)

It's good that it's back to business for China and Japan. Abenomics is a dismal failure and Abe certainly can't afford to have wayward political extremists angering his biggest trading partner at a time when China is amenable to putting the Diaoyu issue on the backburner.

China and Japan will get back to making money and that's good for both sides.
