there is no friend bro only interest correct me if i wrong
btw nice development... more investment mean more stability
Japan over the years hasn't got the returns that were to be expected from a country like Pakistan my brother, but they continued to invest, even when other countries ran away. That's a friend to me.
Japan has always been more donor than investor in Pakistan. The loans to FDI ratio is in high 90s. And this news itself shows that they do more lip service than serious business.
Indeed it is, because energy infrastructure is always very leveraged one. CPEC is dominated by the energy production as first phase is to develop necessary economic infrastructure. Once the infrastructure is in place, then industry may start moving from China to Pakistan which would increase FDI. WIth Japan, there hasn't been any strategic economic relationship. Its mostly been JICA funding the socioeconomic infrastructure and that's about it. Japanese have broadly been avoiding ToT in Pakistan which is why they face tough competition from Chinese products due to increased localization of Chinese maal.CPEC is mostly loans instead of FDI in case you didn't know.

Kawasaki new 125 is top notch but with local Assembly it will be very expensive alon with their other bikes.
Introducing bullet trains and advance mass transit systems for cities is the way to go, advance countries are now dumping fossil fuel based transportation rapidly.
