i wish north korea sent some agent orange to vietnam.
maybe some depleted uranium.

Gambit is a US based Vietnamese American. NK would have to send the agent orange to DC, Houston or LA and that's just not realistic.

North Korea is not Chin'as mad rabies dog.

North Korea has it's own Interests. Staying in power. China is just a parent by spoiling it at times. China can only restrain N. Korea, until N. Korea threatens to unleash a refugee crowd to the Chinese border.

In the end its more of an appeasement policy by China. An attempt to keep some sort of peace at their shared border.

Im from PakiLand, so dont play the anti China card on me.
