HDI is Kerala, Exports and per capita income is Gujarat, agriculture is Punjab, IT exports is Karnataka, forest produce is Madhya Pradesh, Power generation is Himachal Pradesh..... Tamil Nadu is now comparable to Bihar...you need better leaders. Period.
