Turkey: busy with the coup and Kurdish militia.

EU: sorry we are busy with immigrant problem and brexit.

He is a spent force now, but he had already planted the seeds in his youth. Indians really dont know how to nip the stuff in the bud but wait till it become very big and unmanageable. Be it security, politics, administration, road designing, municipality etc. Always reactive and that too when it is too late. No proactive thinking....

China finds itself in India's shoes in both Tibet and South China Sea issues. Its highly unlikely that they would support because it will be held against their own interest.
