Jammu Girl sings a song for Aishwariya Rai's new film Nilofar Wani who hails from Jammu and Kashmir has made her debut as a singer and sang a song 'Kahaniyaan' in the film featuring actress Aishwariya Rai in her come back film Jazbaa. She was born in Doda , brought up in Kashmir and then shifted to Jammu. She comes from a background having no musical taste in the family but she was found of music since her childhood. For growing her in the music field, Ustad Zameer Khan, who belongs to Moradabad Gharana, was instrumental to promote her singing talent. Later she was lucky enough to meet Arko Parvo Mukherjee through some common friends who got her a break for a song 'Kahaniyaan' in Sanjay Gupta's new film
'Jazbaa'.
