Thread has informed the news, correct. Statement is generated by cyber cells, not true till now. What do you mean by proof? Site operated physically from India or site domain on Indian server? There are lot of questions but no details in the news link which is provided in thread. It investigation is not the news play if you know basics of cyber security and laws in India.

When they say proof they never mean server or domain from where the site is operated. The proof is of file uploaded from an Indian IP. There is much more than just servers and domains. They uploaded the suicide bombers Image from India IP the proof is of that. The bomb was claimed by ISIS Amaq so that means that ISIS is operating from with in India and Trump hates ISIS.. France just got bombed by ISIS, Russia is fighting ISIS Germany got civilians killed by ISIS and in Germany killing was done by propaganda launched by India so where will this all lead. Are you getting the picture and it is not media the statement is generated by cyber security cell.
