Well, chinese also stuck at Himalayas. They are also guarding LAC just like India.

If you use that logic almost all the countries of this world will be undone. What was in past should stay in past.

Not for Ladakh, but for Aksai Chin, which was at that time in de facto control of China. China's claim line was far short of Ladakh, and east of River Shyok. In 1962 War, China didn't occupy any land, beyond their claim line, even where no Indian army was to be seen.
