I've an announcement to make: I've been selected, by the Grace of Allah (SWT), for Pakistan Air Force as a Psychologist and would be reporting to Risalpur, Pakistan Air Force Academy, for training.

I would be inactive for a while and then be back on PDF

remember when you asked members here months ago,about which three of the forces people think that you should join as a Psychologist,i voted for Air Force right away when you were willing to go for Navy (sari hui uniform waley)

Air Force guys have best uniform of all three!

Yup, Nep, I'm commissioned. I think my training would take 6 or so months at the academy and then another 6 or so months as a UTO (under training officer) for my subject: psychological eval and assessment. The Branch I technically fall in is called the Education Branch in the PAF (and the PN too). It consists of all teachers hired (subject specialists like Physics, Maths etc) and non-Engineering specialists (like me) but the Psychologist's use is versatile so no knowing where I'd get attached.

Ohhh now I get it. You've always been contributing well, my time has came too. Anyways, fair winds and following seas mate..
