at 15:00 I think he summarizes the whole case .india is not fighting case cause she has already won the case thanks to noora. no matter how strong is our case we have already lost the case when we accepted the ICJ jurisdiction in this case.

There is no doubt or at-least, cannot disagree with Moid over the point of "challenging ICJ jurisdiction" in this particular case. Not to sound politico at the moment but, I had to say that, previous government of Nawaz Sharif apparently kept it weak, pulled legal team to slow mo and intentionally did not challenge ICJ jurisdiction in this particular case.

We have a strong case against India & Kulbhushan since his capture. Why it gives a feeling that Jindal meeting & Modi mantra with Nawaz, was so much affiliated with this case alone. The whole ring was busted on Kulbhushan provided details/lead which too included, a factory employing Indian Engineers.

India is only relying upon blame games & propaganda against Pakistan in ICJ rather than proceeding the case on merit & rebuttal of points made by Pakistan. A deliberate lacuna & weak legal team was all that Nawaz could do to favour his business partners in India. However, India claimed his spy is a businessman namely Hussein Mubarak Patel but seeking access to Kulbhushan. Then, duplicate passport is issued yet he is still, Kulbhushan in voter data list in India. He is not converted and the whole family is still registered as Hindu.

Let's see, what ICJ announce but in the end, Nawaz favour by accepting jurisdiction and then, his malicious statement through Dawn news, being quoted by India as an evidence; pretty much gives the idea as what just happened there.

Why this all drama and circus why not put our guest, devil of terrorism to hurt us with the normal prisoners. Let other prisoners take care of him and send him to the place where he belongs. While they didn't hesitated to kill our prisoner in their jail for minor offence. Lets put an end to this all drama and do the cost cutting exercise.

Noora league will sink so deep after this case that recovery is impossible. This enemy political party of Pakistan needs to be banned and buried deep underground.
