Try to understand is Psych of these people. like thieves try to donate it to undo their sins, China is trying to give its substandard goods to poor countries to cover up its sin of gifting Corona to humanity. This guys think that their sins will be washed out by giving cheap good to poor countries who are infected by Chinese virus. Rather than being ashamed, they are trying to be smart and try to prove that they are very good people but the fact of the matter is that they are the cause of many infectious diseases in last two decades. It is chinese contribution to humanity.

How about a comparison of indigenously R&D'd and produced Indian and Chinese (without any partner countries/developers):
-military goods (submarines, jets, warships, helos, missiles, etc.)
-infrastructure-related products (electric vehicles, bullet trains/mass transit systems, etc.)
