J15 vs MIG29k, Naval Tejas

what do you think about NLCA if it gets GE 414 EDE engine{120KN}...what i mean is that all of us know that Naval version of LCA will be atleast 1 tonne heavier then Air force version which will take empty weight of NLCA to around 8.5 tonne.... so it needs more thrust as compare to Airforce version to perform well.....

I support that J-15 is just a junk! Framework of SU-33 is outdated (e.g. large RCS). China will deploy fourth generation fighter (US standard fifth generation) in her future aircraft carrier (with steam / electromagnetic catapult), so J-15 maybe just an intermediate solution or for the role of bomber only ;)

The air frame of the SU 33 knock off is bigger, has more payload, and range.

The Mig 29K will most likely have better avionics and IMHO better pilots.

Naval Tejas, assuming it's MK2, not MK3, 4 or 5, :rofl: , is a virtual junk, literally, which would never see the daylight once it's close to 2040 when India (DRDO/HAL?)would take it offline as per their usual daydreaming habit by drawing up a new plan of Tejas MK8 with 6th-gen AESA and 3 laser guns and so on on...:rofl:

Mig 29 and Mig 29K are about THE actual junk of all modern planes that Soviet/Russia have ever made in the last several dacades. The miracle that this short legged (read: half-retarded) creature is still alive today is completely due to the even more miraculous Indian IQ and stupid money coming with it.

The possibility that Russia's CV would use Mig29K in the forseeable future is to piggyback the benefits of Indian investment, sure why not, after Indians have "given" them a brand new MIG 29production line FOR FREE :rofl: ---- the upgraded Mig29K is surely better than 12 museum pieces of ancient Su-33 despite its airframe, isn't it?

J-15, however, is the most potent naval plane in the group, by a HUGE margin: it has Su 33 airframe, J-11B level 4.5 gen avionics/radar, the longest leg and heaviest weapon load. it can hold its own against Rafale M in most circumstances, and under certain conditions (e.g. pure airsupeority) it could even have an edge over a F-35.

Sounds more logical and realistic. May be J-15 will also be stationed with fifth gen on future ACC. I mean the fifth gen can escort and take out the threat to these bombers.

We don't get the EDE/EPE engines, but most likely the same GE414 that the Gripen NG Demo currently uses. The higher thrust version needs to be developed and tested before the integration work on LCA could start, not to mention that all that costs extra money.
Additional weight is one of the main problems, not only because of the navalising, but also because of the MK2 changes (heavier engines, stretched fuselage, additional internal fuel tanks, more avionics...
All this is counterproductive when you have to take off via skijump (reduced payload) and has to carry heavier loads. In air defence config it might be useful, but not as a multi role fighter and that's where the Mig will be clearly the better choice.

It's a fact- how is the PLAN with 0, yes ZERO, operational naval aviation experince and with 0 help from the outside world or established experts (ie USN,FrN,RuN) going to be able to match the training and infrastructure of the IN that has over 60 years of such experince, has all the relevent infrastructure and has all the help it could want from the USN,RuN,FrN,RN etc? It simply CAN'T to say otherwise is beyond foolish it is ignoring cold hard logic.

Without middying the water by bringing other things into it, can you please eaxplain to me how India has lost to China "by a huge margin" wrt the naval aviation domain-NOTHING ELSE as it is irrelevant. The fact is you have made some nonsense declaratory statement with 0 basis in truth.
