hey currently am in Kolkata...in this regards,so far its best in kolkata...you hardly ever face load shedding...during this summer only i have experienced it just twice and that too for hardly 15 minutes.
infact in last 5 years i would say I have seen load shedding here may be 10 to 15 times..and that too more due to technical faults.
Though the condition in Ludhiana is totally different.every now and then you experience load shedding.
