I will not comment about Nawaz sharif's surgery. May be it took place may be not(as politician can do any thing, and it took place in great Britain, where every thing is possible). One thing is for sure, Allah bestowed Dr Shahid with enormous capability, to be an scholar, or a mentor, but chose to be a "Chamcha of PPP".

My friend operated in USA and he is much younger than PM Sahib and he started to walk with the help of two people hands on railings after 6 weeks.

May be your friend had a sternotomy as part of his bypass. Every patient and case is unique. With MICBS, a patient can be discharged in 2 days, walking soon thereafter with full recovery in about 2 weeks. It takes much longer if there is a sternotomy.

Doctors in UK/US can do heart related procedures with out cutting your chest they have devices to go thru the Veins enter heart and they can place any stent or clean up with out "chooping" or cutting your chest

Old style cut / chop doctor bazi only happens in Pakistan

A poor man who may be died because of liver cirrhosis which he got by drinking unclean sewerage mixed water in Lahore where Mian Sahib busy in making money by building nonsense metro bas instead of providing clean water to the tax payers.
