You mean you don't realize India struck a backroom deal because they knew they cannot imprison the ambassador after the EU warned India? These marines will no longer languish in limbo again as before and a kangaroo court will agree there is no jurisdiction. After marines went to Italy, the government had no power to order they go back! They agreed to the backroom deal themselves.

1.Italians kill Indian you say it's not Indian water.
2.We arrest them you say Italians were attacked by pirates.
3.We allow them to go to their own country you say we dont have guts against Italy.
4.We grill ambassador you say its illegal.
5.Marines are coming back you say its a backroom deal.

Supreme Court should allow Italian Ambassador to travel outside India AFTER those marines are back on Indian Soil.They shouldn't be sent to Italian Embassy.

Arrest them and lock them up at Tihar.
