Egyptian airforce are banned from obtaining any long range air to air missiles from western suppliers whether it's the USA or Europe .. however the russian have no problem supplying Egypt with it on their russian made aircrafts in Egypt like the Mig-29.

and the Aster-30 can cause a lot of problems to israel airforce and the european ones also.

Reports said during the 1st RAFALEs deal in 2015 that there is agreement to upgrade the fighters to F3R level & to mount meteor on them .
current Egyptian RAFALEs don’t support meteors .... the new ones do & the old upgraded one will .

regarding Fremm : the Egyptian first one was a French operating ship .... then EGY Fremm = French Fremm except ground attack long range cruise missiles .
so Aster-15 is the standard AD for it when it was in France and after acquired by Egypt .

Bergamenis has the ability to fire both Aster-15 & 30 with 16 VLS .

The Berghamini Frigates.Destroyers come with 16 cells 8 for Aster 15 and 8 for Aster 30 and that is what we can see even in you dumb old picture ..

you read wrong, my friend and from now on, if you want to [prove a point. provide source please don't just flap your yaps without evidence, There has been numerous videos released by the Egyptian MOD showing the Aster 15 or 30 being launched by the French and Italian FREMM under Egyptian control. You can easily see the VLS launcher on the ships somewhat are you saying they are empty? That is funny I must admit especially after Egypt used them during an exercise. The ONLY one that is empty according to SC and MBDA is the forward launch cabin for the aster 15 on the the French FREMM only, not the Italian Bergjsminy with are dully loaded both Aster 15 and 30 VLS launchers you can see clear as day. The back VSL cabin in the French FREMM is for the MICS Next generation with the Egyptian Navy opted to keep it empty under the contract for the MICA NG which is a superior cruise missile which we already paid for and as soon as testing is over which is very soon, it ill be added to the Egyptian French-made FREMM.
