Do all Scholars and Jurists like Imam Hanbal,Imam Shafi,Imam Maliki,Imam Jaffari etc agree on everything or do they have different schools of thoughts? Arent all views accepted by all?

Society evolves and so do issues.... and Islam and Holy Quran are dynamic not stagnant and hence Islam talks about Ijtehad,Qayas and so on... left to the imminent scholars of the era ... the Mujtahids ... hence in Pak sharia laws only cover a small portion of the overall/general laws... applying to areas like Hudood, family and banking laws and so on...

I know in Pakistan theft is not punished by cutting of the hand, but if it was, there would be much less theft.

All those four scholars said if I said something wrong then follow the correct thing said by the other scholars.
