Malta needs but three ships on patrol for them to assume responsibility,
if they have them evenly distributed in their patrol zone.

If Tunisia had patrols in their zone, they might have been closer.

Well the subject was more about Italaian navy who did not give assistance..;when they were cleary able too...

As for Human trafficking... no one FORCE those migrants to travel from their hometown to those boat...even less forced to ship in those half broken boat...
No one is stealing ppl from their homeland... no one... They choose it by thinking they could have a abetter life... The problem of those "human trafficking" is the way they treat them on lybian soil and their shitty boats...
