The first clip in that video is not in India. I have seen that Pakistani guy working in a Dixy restaurant near Ilford, Essex, UK. That restaurant is about 2 miles away from my home and each n every worker is either a Pakistani national (on student visa) or British Pakistani.

I am surprised to see him in this video actually... I know that guy works extremely fast but wasn't expecting to see him in a video
