Heck, its even better than a lot of cities in developed countries.

But it has some of the best bars in Pakistan. For the elites or ex Govt employees, it is the best place to be.
Safe. Beautiful. Secure. And with the comforts of any European city. The diplomatic quarters must be the best haunts.
