Go for it. You won't regret it. See so many Pakistanis going Thailand, UAE etc. Nothing wrong with that of course one should travel everywhere but Istanbul would be on the very top of my list honestly if I were a Pakistani making a decision where I want to spend a foreign holiday.

I don't like the UAE for a number of reasons. Always wanted to go to Qatar but I doubt Pakistanis would be treated as nicely there as we are in Turkey according to what you've said.
