You people are still debating over it choro yr i can understand we got emotional on this news but think from army's perspective too they're already engaged on 3 fronts they didn't wanted to open a 4th in their own country against the gov what message it would've sent to the whole world? choro forget it jo hona tha hogya vote wisely in 2018 and maybe next Gov who maybe just maybe will think about Pakistan first might arrest the culprits wese bhi this all was a distraction from real issue panama leaks.

They are crazy about it. I am all support for democrasy myself but NOT THIS LOOT MAR BC that we have here in the name of democracy. Army pa agr mujy koi itraaz ha tu wo yh ka aik dafa martial law lagaya tu us ka baad they SHOULD have rooted out all the evils and helped system get back on tarck. However iqtedaar mein aaky, though relatively better than the civilian gov. they army guys too miss out on MANY issues. Musharraff aya tha na,, Latka dyta NS ko b zardari ko b, aj sukoon hota!! Us na ulta NRO kr lea. THAT IS WHAT I AM NOT IN FAVOR OF.

Ab dosra hal kya ho sakta ha, WO KOI NI BOL raha!! Har koi dosry ko bura balha kah raha ha and no one here have suggested an alternate. I would have been extremely happy if people here were suggestion solutions rather than just pointing out problems. Criticizing anything is easy, setting it right is what matters!!

True democracy would be if both parties involved in Dawn Leaks come into parliament and answer the questions raised by Opposition. That's what would have happened in any dummy democracy - unfortunately ours does not qualify as dummy democracy - it's oligarchy.

IK had that leverage to force the government to do proper legislation to plug loopholes in our system. But that selfish idiot was blindly pursuing one item agenda of how to become the PM. ISLAMABAD: Ex-servicemen have approached the Supreme Court with a plea that the inquiry committee report on the Dawn Leaks issue be made public.

On Saturday, 17 retired military officers – led by Brigadier [retd] Arbi Khan – filed a constitutional petition in the top court under Article 184 [3], making Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan respondents. The petition was filed by advocate Sardar Ghazi.

The petitioners have argued that the probe report on the Dawn Leaks issue should be made public as “it is a matter of national security” and they, being retired military officers, have locus standi to approach the apex court in the context.

The ex-servicemen prayed to the court to order the federal government to make the inquiry committee’s report public and take action against the real culprits under Official Secret Act 1963. They have also attached several documents with their petition.

“Pakistan has been defamed through this incident,” the petitioners contended, adding that the PM did not order the implementation of all the findings of the committee’s report. The petitioners say that all findings should be made public so that the nation can learn the truth.
