same here i am also 19 registration for 142 PMA L/C are going to open very soon keep checking their website if you havent studied in Cadet college then i'd advise you to apply in Odd courses i.e 143
maybe didnt gave final medical yet but you can still try your luck

any kinds of colour blindness is considered as medically unfit for the defence force. For this only reason I couldn't join the AMC
Why apply for odd courses if not been in cadet colleges ?
even courses have more chanced for Cadet college students but there is no harm in applying if someone is talented and capable and his performance is good he can even get recommended in even courses
student of cadet colleges apply on hope certificates before exams there exams are in April May so they will apply in course starting in March which is even course and those who will not get recommended cannot apply in oct course which is odd becuase you can only appear once in a year in ISSB
