they have 1 command centre, which they are focusing on Mars mission
A successful GSLV test was doe few months back with Indian cryogenic engine

GSLV supposed to be launched in 2008 and now it is 2014!! Its six years and we are still counting!!!

MOM will reach Mars this September . Looks like ISRO is concentrating all their resources into MOM .

Delay was caused due to delay in the development of cryogenic engine afaik .

Indian cryogenic engine has been tested on GSLV few months back !!

That was CE-7.5 for GSLV MK2 ...... the one that powers MK3 is CE-20 which is not yet ready .

It is better to be "Master of one than jack of all trades"!!.....Though this does not applies to every thing/condition.

It is not clear how one project effects another? There is no launch involved in MoM and the command and control is with deep space control centre not with the facilities associated with rocket launch. There should be a project manager who is looking for GSLV MK3 program and I am sure he won't have anything to do with MoM. If he has then its bad management. Having said that a month or two wouldn't make any difference. Just do it right. Best of luck ISRO.

GSLV mk3 is more important for ISRO and INDIA......they should allocate more fund and resources for it

as MOM will reach mars by September so we can only expect gslv launch by December or next year
