Turkiye is playing the cards right, and is winning.
it's gotten to the point that even Robert Gates is asking the EU to accept Turkiye. Why? Because Turkiye is moving eastwards.
Neo-Ottomanizing as I like to put it.
It is, important however, for Turkiye to remain loyal to its secular Constitution. That is my own opinion.
p.s. Turks make enough tourism revenue from Russians alone. Lost israily tourism would amount to peanuts. No problem for Turkiye.
