So, if India gave Israel the access to Russian hardware, than, its clear that India will soon hit Russia on point, where Russia will be unable to respond.

Can't say. But attack on Pakistan will always start with an attack on Jihadi groups. And we know it, that attack is coming.

I personally think India would be the first to use nuclear weapons in case of war. Our neighbors in the east have become rabid dogs. They think that they can survive a nuclear war while we won't. This is a dangerous thought process.

In recent crisis on the night of 27 feb, India was about to use nuclear missiles. But we got intelligence and threatened to retaliate with 3 nukes for every strike we receive.

This clearly means India has abandoned "No First Use Policy". All their generals and defense analysts are now talking about counter force doctrine which says to decimate your enemy's military infrastructure with overwhelming nuclear strikes.

But that's just my opinion.
